This Black Vault release contains FAA Alaskan Region correspondence and an order form for records on the Japan Air Lines Flight 1628 unidentified traffic sighting of November 17, 1986. A May 14, 1987 letter points requesters to an NTIS report, and a February 21, 1987 letter from Public Affairs Officer Paul Steucke introduces the itemized list. That list covers crew interview transcripts, Captain Terauchi's statements and drawings, air traffic control transcripts and tapes, radar data, and news releases.
