This FBI file item, Serial 220 of file 62-HQ-83894, holds an English translation by Sophia Saliba of a letter dated March 19, 1950. Miguel Angel Garcia Macias of Veracruz wrote it to the President of a United States scientific investigation commission in New York. He lists his claimed inventions and describes atomic-powered "stratospheric aerostats," or flying saucers, with diagrams. The item also includes a translated news caption about photographs of a flying saucer that engineering student German Horacio Robles Jr. took over Durango.
