This Federal Bureau of Investigation file section (62-HQ-83894, Section 10) holds UFO-related correspondence from 1966 to 1977. In a 1966 letter, Florence C. Dow of Goffstown, New Hampshire asked whether subscribing to the Amalgamated Flying Saucer Clubs of America journal might link her to communists. J. Edgar Hoover replied that the Bureau does not evaluate organizations, and a copy of the journal is enclosed. Other items include a 1977 Air Force fact sheet on the end of Project Blue Book and a White House inquiry answered by the FBI, which said it had no jurisdiction over UFO sightings.

The records include high-profile incident accounts, photographic evidence from sites like Oak Ridge, TN, and technical proposals regarding potential propulsion systems. Additional topics include convention programs, researcher accounts, and extensive media coverage from the period. This file is partially posted on FBI vault with more redactions and some pages missing. Included here is the complete case file with several newly declassified pages and only minor redactions.

Mr. Ad amski l aun ched the !GAP - International Get
Acquainted Pro gram - in 1959, based on the philosophy

in the field of fl yin g saucers. His hop e was that as

sent age and turn to f ace the time to come - to learn
to accept, thro ugh conviction, the fact that we are all
citizens of the Cosmos and Children of the Cosmic Pow
er whose Laws run through the entire Cosmos . These
Laws we can l earn to comprehend through study and
understanding of the »Science of Life« brought to our
attention by the presence of friend ly visitors from other
worlds .
The magazine is sent to civil and military authorities
all over th e world, to l ea ders in the United Nations, in
the Vatican, in scientific circles, and to Press , radi o
and TV authorities.
The purpose of this magazine is to bring to every
one, everywhere, news of events from all qu arters of
the globe in all its varied aspects. This means any news
that can possibly be of value in our endeavour to bring
to mankind an understan ding of wh at is going on in our
world all the time. We shall try to detect any and every
move in the direction of th at truth wh ich we have acc
epted, but w hich i s not yet officially accepted or rec
ogni zed in broader circles:
