CAPTAIN VIGIL CONTINUED THAT HE CHECKED SITE AT SEVEN THIRTY PM
FOUR TWENTYSIX LAST, NOTED SCORCHED CIRCULAR AREA ABOUT THIRTY TO
FORTY FEET IN DIAMETER. HE NOTED ONE RECTANGULAR, V SHAPED
INDENTATION IN GROYND, EIGHT BY TWELVE INCHES, AND ABOUT THREE
TO FOUR INCHES DEEP. A FELLOW OFFICER, WHO WAS THERE EARLIER,
POINTED TO PLACES8 OF THREE MORE INDENTATIONS, INDICATING THE
INDENTATIONS VERE RECTANGULAR.
CAPTAIN VIGIL FURTHER STATED HE tsAW SEVERAL SMOOTH
CIRCULAR PRINTS ON GROUND ABOUT THREE AND ONE HALF INCHES IN
DIAMETER AT SITE.
NO OTHER WITNESSES KNOWN TO HAVE OBSERVED THE OBJECT.
