This Federal Bureau of Investigation file section, part of file 62-HQ-83894, gathers flying saucer correspondence and memoranda mostly from 1952, with some from 1954. It includes a Savannah River Plant sighting teletype, Hoover replies that send public letters on to the Air Force, a San Diego report on Borderland Sciences, and a laboratory exam of the scoutmaster Desvergers' cap that found no residue. On May 5th at 2 . 15 P.M. of this year I paid you
a visit in the F.B . I.offices, where I told you details on

the subject has now become active in Euro::,e, I am really
anxious to go a,'1ead with it, I have ofco11rse tr ied to
check the theory on each aspect and while doine so I
found various complementary as well as fundamental details.
I have now reached the point however where I
