This Federal Bureau of Investigation file section, part of file 62-HQ-83894, gathers flying saucer correspondence and memoranda mostly from 1952, with some from 1954. It includes a Savannah River Plant sighting teletype, Hoover replies that send public letters on to the Air Force, a San Diego report on Borderland Sciences, and a laboratory exam of the scoutmaster Desvergers' cap that found no residue. Mrs. PIVEC stated that the letter received recently by her
husband, from DORNIG, contained information that DCRNIG had been contacted
by communists in Austria, who wished to take him to S"1tzerland in order
that he might further develop his new principle of aero-dynamics. According
to the letter, DORNIG has continued to refuse any offer by the communists
