This Federal Bureau of Investigation file section, part of file 62-HQ-83894, gathers flying saucer correspondence and memoranda mostly from 1952, with some from 1954. It includes a Savannah River Plant sighting teletype, Hoover replies that send public letters on to the Air Force, a San Diego report on Borderland Sciences, and a laboratory exam of the scoutmaster Desvergers' cap that found no residue. It also covers instructions to refer disc reports to OSI and a 1954 Cincinnati matter involving Truman Bethurum.

This file is partially posted on FBI vault with more redactions and some pages missing. Included here is the complete case file with several newly declassified pages and only minor redactions.

Everybody seems to bchcvc that the "saucers", whatever they arc, come from this
Solar ystcrn. I do not believe y other planet but ours can support intelligent life Per
haps plant life, but not human.
I do believe that if our planet can upport life, why not other planets in other Solar
Systems. I do not believe that these people , to destroy u.s because if they had they

My theory is one most IFSB mcmbcn to have. First, I believe they are from an-
other planet. AU those stars must have 10mtthing going around them. All those celestial
