SUBJECT: UNUSUAL FLASHES DURING ELECTRICAL STORM, JERSEY SHORE, PA., JULY 28, 1952 HARRY H. WINCHESTER, COMPLAINANT

At 2:15 AM on July 31, 1952, Harry H. Winchester, 315 Cemetery Street, Jersey Shore, Pa., telephonically advised that in the early morning of 7-28-52, during a severe electrical storm in the area of his residence, he had observed seven unusual flashes sky, each flash being accompanied by a loud report.

Complainant, who appeared to be under the influence of intoxicants, called as a result of recent newspaper stories regarding phenomena allegedly observed during past week in this country.

Bureau indices contain no information identifiable with the complainant.
