This is a preliminary transcript of the Gemini V (GT-5) flight crew debriefing, prepared by NASA's Spacecraft Operations Branch, Flight Crew Support Division, and dated September 1, 1965. It records Cooper and Conrad's operational account from the debriefing held August 30 to September 1, 1965 at Cape Kennedy. Topics include countdown, window fogging, POGO vibration, fairing jettison debris, radio loss, reentry and recovery. Visual sightings are left for a later part of the debriefing.

Okay, well essentially that day 2 - that whole page from 2 hours to 4 hours - went right on flight plan schedule . We did the Vision Test there and we called down the scores from both that one and the day before . Now we were on this split purge cycle . Yes , now here is where they started making a mistake.
