This is a preliminary transcript of the Gemini V (GT-5) flight crew debriefing, prepared by NASA's Spacecraft Operations Branch, Flight Crew Support Division, and dated September 1, 1965. It records Cooper and Conrad's operational account from the debriefing held August 30 to September 1, 1965 at Cape Kennedy. Topics include countdown, window fogging, POGO vibration, fairing jettison debris, radio loss, reentry and recovery. Visual sightings are left for a later part of the debriefing.

specialty logs and log where occured at what
time, because that's the more accurate
one of all--because this was kind of our running
logs of what was going on--to warn us when things
were coming up ahead. As far as going back into
this and doing the whole thing that isn1 t as accurate

as the experiments go those guys have a complete
log of what they sent up to us and that should
jive with the complete log that we have of what
we received and from that and what we logged and what
