This is a preliminary transcript of the Gemini V (GT-5) flight crew debriefing, prepared by NASA's Spacecraft Operations Branch, Flight Crew Support Division, and dated September 1, 1965. It records Cooper and Conrad's operational account from the debriefing held August 30 to September 1, 1965 at Cape Kennedy. Topics include countdown, window fogging, POGO vibration, fairing jettison debris, radio loss, reentry and recovery. Visual sightings are left for a later part of the debriefing.

Then we had a D- 6, mode 01 at 44:10, day 4, 44 minutes and 10 seconds . On day 4? Yes. I don I t have anything down hero for that. 04:00 Mode Ol--that 1 s--I think. that 1 s . -~ I may have the numbers wrong. OK--at day 4, two hours, 20 minutes - vision tests, both of us.
