This is a transcript issued by AARO under the Office of the Under Secretary of War. It covers a 1-minute, 42-second video, LLE-UAP-PR004, that a law enforcement officer in Colorado recorded in January 2024. The officer, on a westbound highway on January 2, 2024, describes an orb about 300 feet up that had been stationary for about 15 minutes, notes that radar showed no aircraft in the area, and says the craft moved closer. AARO removed the audio and redacted the transcript, and the case remains unresolved.
