This FBI FD-302 interview record from 2026, titled "Multiple Red Lights," describes a witness's account of a night observation. Through night vision devices, red lights that looked like single points resolved into clusters of three in a triangular or diamond pattern that moved together. At about 2350, lights near the ground approached and stopped 200 to 300 meters away, and a fast streak of light was seen moving north. One witness's analog watch was later found to be 25 minutes fast, and no physical effects were reported.
