unidentified l i ght appear approximately 600 meters (est i mated) t o the east
of their posit i on and appeared t o be approximately 500 fee t above their
vehicl e . Th e uni dent i fied lig h t appeared t o move t oward them and stopped
approximately 400 meters away . A second unidentified l i g ht appeared and
moved t oward, and then stopped in proximity o f, t h e first . Th e second l ight
appeared t o be approximat e ly 6 feet off the ground .
As wat ched the two unident ifie d l i ghts t o t h e east , he not i ced light
i n h i s peri pheral v i sion descend from a lt itude and stop in a dry wash
approximately 100 meter s behind them . Although - could not d i rect l y see
the light source , he observe d the g l ow emanating f rom t he wash .

entered their vehicle and drove up t o t he next
i ntersect i on in attempt to get a better view of t h e unidentified l ights to
t heir east . Upon arri val , the l ights were no l onger observed . -
- returned to their ori gina l position, but were unable t o re - acqui r e
the unidentif i ed lights . walked 1 0- 20 meters away from the vehicle to
l ook around the area ; - remained near the vehicle.
At t h i s t i me , - adjusted t h e filter on h i s NODs t o l ook at h i s watch ,
which displ ayed approximately 1 : 00am (estimated based on memory) . - s
watch was a Men's Au t omatic Analog Watch . - wa l ked back
t o t he vehi cle t o check h i s phone , which displayed 12 : 40am . - noted the
discrepancy , compared the time displ ayed on h i s watch to the time displ ayed
o n his phone and observed that the t ime o n his watch was 25 minutes ahead o f
the time on his phone and the vehicl e ' s digital c l ock . - re l ayed t h e
discrepancy t o ■■■■■ , whose digital watch displayed the same t ime as the
phones and vehi cle c l ock .
- stated that he had owned t hat watch for approximately 5 years , and i t
had never been off by more than 60 - 90 seconds . - had last checked the
t ime o n his watch at approximately 10 : 00pm, and i t was accurate at that
t ime . - stated that h i s watch was the on l y mechanical/analog/non - d igital
clock in t h e v i cinity at that time and it was the o nly clock that displ ayed
a different time . - d i d not adjust h i s wa t ch or reset t he time for 2 4
hours to see i f it continued to malfuncti on ; the wat ch cont i nued t o keep
accurate time bu t remained ~5 minutes fast .
