"Lieutenant Delbert C. Newhouse, 177283/1350, USN, when directed by the Bureau of Aeronautics General Representative, Central District, you will regard yourself detached from duty in the Office of the Bureau of Aeronautics General Representative, Central District, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio, and from such other duty as may have been assigned you; proceed to Washington, D. C., and report to the Chief of the Bureau of Aeronautics, Navy Department, Washington, D. C. for duty. You are hereby authorized to delay 15 days, provided no excess leave involved, in reporting in compliance with these orders, such delay to count as leave. Keep the Bureau of Naval Personnel and your new station advised of your address. Qualifications: 161270; 124500."
