Dear Sir,
The attached marking has been observed and reported to the USAF in connection with an unidentified flying object sighting at Bocorro, New Mexico. The Air Force is investigating the case and identification of this marking would assist in determining the cause of the sighting. The marks were estimated to be about one foot to eighteen inches in height, colored red. Any assistance which you may offer will be greatly appreciated. The attached TWX indicates the high level of interest in this sighting.
