Witness heard sound like explosion.

Abandoned chase of speeding car to
investigate.
Witness radioed in that he was leaving
car to investigate. Still thought
object was car upside down. Tnen saw
insignia, heard roar, a.."ld thought thing
was going to explode. Blue flame with
orange tip appeared !rou object. Became
frightened and ran to point · "F" where
noise stopp~d . Object Ul ~ position
at "E".
