With 194 incidents thus eliminated, there remain thirty-four which contain some evidence but have no apparent reason explanation. This statement is true only under the assumption that the evidence is not used as solicitude and no more. Thus psychological and physical factors are taken into consideration, all of the factors explained nationally, as pointed out by Kend Corporation in the Facts of Air Material Command Aero-Medical Laboratory (noon and "Cn").

There are sufficient psychological explanations for the unidentified flying objects to provide plausible explanations for ports not otherwise explainable. These errors in identifying their stimuli result chiefly from inability to estimate speed, distance, size.

All of the remaining 34 incidents are treated in detail in this report. Those incidents form no pattern in regard to area of right type of object, or manner of performance. There are indicative ever, that some sightings were influenced by curlier reports, probably would not have been considered unusual or reported been no publicity.

II. Summary of A'C Emigration of Remaining Resorts

The remaining unexplained incidents (see Appendix "10") entail 3 in common characteristics. Two of them, by statements of the report, did not have had the witnesses not read of the ?t.

Incident (Incident No. 17). Victims were distributed without pattern throughout the United States. A few were outside the U. S. No two descriptions of appearance or performance were exactly alike. The two noted sightings occurred at various times of day and year.

## APPEIDEX I

In the following section of this report, each remaining unexplained incident is considered separately. It is not the intent to generally disregard the character of observers, but each case has undesirable elements, and these cannot be disregarded. The numerical designation is merely the categorical order of the incident in the project files.
