This Office of the Secretary of Defense FOIA release (22-F-0863) collects internal emails from June 2021 to February 2022 among Under Secretary Ronald Moultrie, David Taylor, Neill Tipton and other intelligence and security staff. They cover coordinating the ODNI preliminary UAP report released June 25, 2021, and a Deputy Secretary Hicks memo on formalizing the Navy's UAP Task Force. They also cover a 28-member SSCI and SASC briefing, establishing the AOIMSG, and a search for a UAP director candidate.

I'm not looking for an action officer...I'm looking for a process that can "hold information and requests" until we can establish and instantiate a mechanism to help us work through issues.
