This Office of the Secretary of Defense FOIA release (25-F-3452) contains the Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review file on the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office's "UAP Self Reporting Mechanism User Guide." Acting AARO Director Timothy Phillips requested the review on December 8, 2023, and DOPSR cleared the guide for open publication on aaro.mil on December 11, 2023. The 20-page guide explains how current or former government personnel with firsthand knowledge of UAP programs since 1945 can report to AARO for its Historical Record Report.
