This FOIA release (25-F-3452) from the Office of the Secretary of Defense contains the November 21, 2023 Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review case file 24-T-0401. It includes the DD Form 1910 that AARO Deputy Director Timothy Phillips signed to request clearance, the related emails and the reviewer worksheet. It also includes the one-page AARO chart "UAP Reporting Trends 1996-2023", which was cleared for publication on aaro.mil. The chart lists typical characteristics of reported UAP: round, 1 to 4 meters in size, white or silver, and flying at 10,000 to 30,000 feet.
