This Office of the Secretary of Defense FOIA release (case 25-F-3452) contains a November 2023 prepublication review package for the biography of Timothy A. Phillips, Deputy Director of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO). It includes the DD Form 1910 clearance request, the DOPSR case sheet 24-P-0136 and the related emails. The one-page biography was cleared for open publication on the aaro.mil website on November 17, 2023. It covers his intelligence career, his Marine Corps service and his education.
