FYSA— USD(186) Special Programs was interested in seeing the Skinwalkers case file after the book was published. I
didn't coordinate the book review with l&S because it didn't contain their equities. This book might need their review.
I'll forward the name of the SES in l&S who oversees the program so you can possibly coordinate.

Dear Mr. Lacatski,
This email is to confirm with you that the Defense Office of Pre-publication
and Security Review (DOPSR) received your manuscript "The U.S. Government's Secret UAP/UFO Program"
on July 11, 2022. Your assigned manuscript action officer is TBD,
and the manuscript is assigned case number 22-SB-0151.
Manuscript reviews are averaging several months, and have been severely
hamstrung by the current Pandemic mitigation measures that have affected all
of DoD. DOPSR strives to complete reviews in as timely a manner as
possible; however, review times vary and are dependent on the complexity of
the subject matter, the volume of information, and the number of components
with equity in the manuscript. Reviews often require tasking to multiple
component equity holders inside as well as outside the Department of
Defense.
DOPSR does not accommodate publishers' timelines. Therefore, we strongly
