This Office of the Secretary of Defense FOIA release (24-F-0088) contains the Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review file for case 22-SB-0151. The file covers James T. Lacatski's manuscript "The U.S. Government's Secret UAP/UFO Program: The Beginning - Initial Planning and Investigations," co-authored with Colm Kelleher and George Knapp. It holds emails from July 2022 to April 2023, including DIA's review of the 143-page manuscript. The release ends with an April 24, 2023 letter that clears the manuscript for public release but does not endorse its accuracy.
