Lacatski's manuscript "The U.S. Government's Secret UAP/UFO Program: The Beginning - Initial Planning and Investigations," co-authored with Colm Kelleher and George Knapp. It holds emails from July 2022 to April 2023, including DIA's review of the 143-page manuscript.
