This Office of the Secretary of Defense FOIA release (23-F-0946) contains Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review records for David C. Grusch's 2023 submissions. Grusch was then an NGA Senior GEOINT Capabilities Requirements Officer. It includes his DD Form 1910 request, reviewer worksheets, internal emails, and approval letters. Both a speaker/author summary and a set of interview questions on recovered material and UAP programs were cleared for public release in April 2023. Grusch's answers are largely redacted.
