This National Security Agency release, Part J of a series of Communications Intelligence (COMINT) reports, is undated. It gathers heavily redacted intercept and message fragments that describe radar tracking of unidentified flying objects, with times, bearings, altitudes and speeds. One intelligence summary (INTSUM 33-68) reports radar and visual UFO sightings and says a five-man electronics team is being sent to investigate. It adds that reliable American observers believe the objects were satellites or space debris, and that propaganda balloons are also possible.
