This National Security Agency release, Part I of a set of Communications Intelligence (COMINT) reports, carries no date. It holds heavily redacted intercept excerpts, and most of them record radar tracking of unidentified flying objects, with times, bearings, distances and altitudes. Many of these tracks are labeled as believed or probable balloons. Other excerpts describe visual sightings, including 14 objects flying in groups of three and a luminous spiral object that observers took for a guided missile.
