This National Security Agency release, Part H of a series of Communications Intelligence (COMINT) reports, is undated and marked Top Secret Umbra. It is a set of heavily redacted message excerpts reporting radar tracking of unidentified flying objects. The entries give times, headings, distances in nautical miles and altitudes that reach about 100,000 feet. Several of the objects are labeled as probable balloons. Locations and sources are withheld, and the text reaches no broader conclusions.
