This National Security Agency release, Part F of a series of Communications Intelligence (COMINT) reports, collects heavily redacted intercept messages with no stated date. Most entries record radar tracking of unidentified flying objects by altitude, speed, heading and time, often in groups, and most are marked as probably or believed to be balloons, inferred from appearance and altitude. One message describes a large white semicircular object seen for about ten minutes before it moved west.
