This National Security Agency release, Part B of a set of Communications Intelligence (COMINT) reports, carries no date. It is a heavily redacted collection of intercepted message traffic classified Top Secret Umbra. The messages log radar tracking of unidentified flying objects, noting times, counts, directions of travel and altitudes from about 8,200 to 88,000 feet. Nearly every object is labeled as probably a balloon, and most moved slowly toward the west.
