This Black Vault release contains the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's March 23, 2017 response to John Greenewald's FOIA request 2017-0368 for UFO records collected since 1975. The NRC withheld identifying information. The records cover three allegation files. The first is a 2010 Region IV case about a former security officer who said a triangular UFO hovered over the protected area at Cooper Nuclear Station between 1986 and 1989. The other two are a 1997 letter claiming DoD flew nuclear-powered craft from New Mexico and a 1998 California complaint.

In addition, the Individual believes that travel speed can be increased using the relativity equation with minor modifications. Finally, the individual has observed UFOs.
