This is an April 5, 2022 Department of the Navy FOIA response to John Greenewald of The Black Vault on case DON-NAVY-2022-001613. It releases one partially redacted four-page document from the Navy Office of Legislative Affairs. The document describes a January 2019 meeting at which an F/A-18 pilot from VFA-103 briefed Senate Armed Services Committee staffers on an anomalous aerial vehicle detection event in 2015 off the U.S. east coast. According to the record, staffers were disappointed that the Navy did not act.
