This file is a 1969 publication review package for 4600th Air Base Wing Supplement 1 to Air Force Regulation 80-17, Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO), dated 10 January 1967. A review request form dated 17 March 1969 was answered on 4 April 1969, marking the supplement as requiring change.
