This is Volume I of III of the Gemini VII voice communications transcript, covering pages 1 to 337 and marked Confidential. It records air-to-ground, ground-to-air and on-board exchanges beginning at lift-off. Early passages cover staging, orbit insertion and stationkeeping with the booster, which the crew reports is venting heavily, and they photograph it. Later passages near 116 hours hold the crew's detailed descriptions of airglow, stars and a sunrise seen from orbit.

01:45:55	C	It's - ahead of us at 2:00 o'clock and it's slowly tumbling.

01:52:44	P	D-4/D-7, D-4/D-7 at 1 plus 52 plus 54; 12 plus 52 plus 34, 2 minutes in void measurements. Void measurement is completed; going to take a measurement on Rigel - take a measurement on Rigel. Stand by for a time.
