These unclassified display slides from the Department of Defense's All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) are dated 2023, carry the name of Director Seán Kirkpatrick, and were reviewed for release in March 2025. They define unidentified anomalous phenomena and summarize how the FY23 NDAA expanded AARO's authorities. They also lay out AARO's mission, its operations, analysis, science and strategic communications functions, reporting trends from 1996 to 2023, and the office's goals and priorities for 2023.

9 Identifies new and ongoing opportunities for strategic communications engagement across AARO”s mission functions; to include key stakeholder needs, expectations, and areas for collaboration. UAP-MISSION COMMS REQ Leads the development of an integrated engagement strategy on UAP that promotes shared awareness across mission partners, oversight authorities, and other stakeholders; builds trust and transparency; and normalizes cross-sector partnerships. AMERICAN-PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT Guides AARO partner engagement, ensuring unity of message, consistency, and coherence among defense, civil, private, and international partners.
