This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report covers UAP activity near Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos Islands, on May 26, 2024 at 0026 local time. Miami ARTCC said the crew of N513MA, a Gulfstream GLF5 flying northwest at FL430 from Port of Spain to Miami, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon at the 12 o'clock position. The crew described it as a group of hovering lights and took no evasive action. Other aircraft, including FFT1745 and JBU2054, also reported the phenomenon.
