This is a Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report on UFO/UAP activity reported on January 27, 2024. According to the report, Oakland ARTCC said the crew of EVA 008, a Boeing 777 flying from Taipei to San Francisco at FL370 about 450 nautical miles west of SFO, saw what looked like aircraft dogfighting at FL500 at their 12 o'clock position. Air traffic control reported that no UAP appeared on radar.
