This Federal Aviation Administration record, released in 2023, is a preliminary report from FAA operations on UFO/UAP activity near Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, on January 26, 2024, at 9:20 PM EST. According to the report, Cleveland ARTCC said Republic 4809, an E75S flying from JFK to Pittsburgh, saw two white and red lights moving rapidly. The crew was heading west at FL200, 40 miles west of the Philipsburg VORTAC at the time. No evasive action was taken, and the report does not say whether law enforcement was notified.
