This Federal Aviation Administration record, released in 2023 in file 237UAP00602, is a preliminary FAA operations report dated January 25, 2024. It says Los Angeles Air Route Traffic Control Center was told that several aircraft flying east between FL260 and FL320, 25 miles southwest of Goffs, California, saw an unidentified aerial phenomenon with orange flashing lights at their 12 o'clock position. The report notes that no aircraft took evasive action and law enforcement was not notified.
