This is a 2023 Federal Aviation Administration record that preserves a preliminary report from FAA operations on UFO/UAP activity near Denver, Colorado. It says that at 2100 local time on December 22, 2023, Denver ARTCC advised that Delta 750, an Embraer E55P flying from Tampa to Seattle, had reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon at its 9 o'clock position. The aircraft was northwest bound at FL320, 50 miles west of Denver. No evasive action was taken and law enforcement was not notified.
