This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report is dated December 14, 2023. It records that Memphis ARTCC relayed a UAP report from N90CW, a Honda HondaJet flying from Nashville, Tennessee to Mobile, Alabama. The aircraft was southbound at FL380 near Muscle Shoals, Alabama, and its pilot reported two objects that looked like lights moving side to side at the 12 o'clock position, at FL480 and FL580. No evasive action was taken, and law enforcement was not notified.
