This is a Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report from 2023 about UAP activity near Great Falls, Montana on December 2, 2023. The Great Falls International Airport control tower reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon made up of five or more lights. The lights were at FL400, northeast of the airport, at an undetermined distance. No aircraft reported seeing the UAP, and the report notes no impact to air traffic control operations.
