This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report is dated November 19, 2023. It says Alaska Airlines flight 516, a B39M flying from Seattle to Fort Lauderdale, reported a large unidentified aerial phenomenon at about 5:40 PM EST. The crew said the object was the "size of an airliner" and was hovering at FL250, 40 miles northwest of Tampa, Florida. The report says no evasive action was taken and does not say whether law enforcement was notified.
