This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary report from FAA operations covers UFO/UAP activity near San Juan, Puerto Rico, on November 18, 2023. Miami ARTCC said the crew of Frontier 4139, an A20N flying from San Juan to Cleveland, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off the left side while northeast bound at FL350. The object was described as 2 to 5 lights moving up and down, then left to right, above the horizon. No evasive action was taken, and there was no impact to ATC operations.
