This Federal Aviation Administration record from the Department of Transportation is a preliminary report of UFO/UAP activity dated November 18, 2023. According to FAA operations, Los Angeles Air Route Traffic Control Center advised that Omni Air flight 1169, a Boeing 767 flying from Honolulu to Fort Worth, reported a bright white unidentified aerial phenomenon off its right side. The crew was eastbound at flight level 390, 110 miles southwest of LAX. No evasive action was taken and no law enforcement notification was reported.
