This is a 2023 Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report from the Department of Transportation, covering UFO/UAP activity on October 28, 2023 near Buffalo, New York. Cleveland Air Route Traffic Control Center advised that United flight 541, a B38M flying from Denver to Boston, reported one light that split into two. The two lights flew in a criss cross pattern at flight levels 500 to 600. The report states that no evasive action was taken.
