This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary report covers UAP activity near Scottsbluff, Nebraska, early on October 4, 2023. According to the report, Denver Air Route Traffic Control Center relayed a report from Delta 2279, a Boeing 737-900 flying from Las Vegas to Minneapolis. At 39,000 feet, 83 miles northeast of BFF, the crew saw three stationary bright white lights to their left that blinked left to right and back. No evasive action was taken and no law enforcement notification was reported.
