This Federal Aviation Administration record from 2023 is a preliminary FAA operations report of UFO/UAP activity near Scottsbluff, Nebraska, on October 4, 2023. Denver ARTCC said the crew of United 476, a Boeing 737-900 flying from San Francisco to Chicago O'Hare at FL350, reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off the left side, 42 miles northeast of BFF. The crew saw three stationary bright white lights blinking left to right and right to left. No evasive action was taken and no law enforcement notification was reported.
