This Federal Aviation Administration preliminary operations report covers UAP activity near Denver, Colorado, at 12:25 a.m. MDT on August 25, 2023. Denver ARTCC said United 369, a Boeing 737 MAX flying from Newark to Las Vegas at FL340, reported two to four white lights with a green hue moving in a circular motion above the aircraft. Flights CMP477, SWA5298 and N8TZ reported similar sightings near the Big Dipper at high altitude. No evasive action was taken and law enforcement was not notified.
